We are pleased to bring you a Senior Maintenance Technician role, for a leading University, based in central London. This is a static, permanent position, working on the day shift, Monday - Friday 8-4.
You will be working on a central London campus, based near the Strand, and will enjoy the motivating atmosphere as you take on a mixed role of both building services maintenance and also team leader duties of the in - house maintenance team.
In addition of an annual salary of up to £42,000, you will also be offered:

Within this Senior Maintenance Technician role you will be responsible for delivering first class maintenance services on the University buildings, as well as leading a team of engineers and assisting with office based duties. This Senior Maintenance Technician role, based in London, will include:
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance
- PPMs
- Reactive maintenance
- Allocating maintenance work to the team
- Updating the CAFM system
- Being responsible for sub contractors on site

For this static Senior Maintenance Technician role in London we are looking for:
- A qualified engineer, either Mechanical or Electrical, with a full qualification in either
- Building services maintenance experience, either via a contractor or an in house team
- Experience of using a CAFM system
- Working knowledge of health and safety and building regulations
