In this mechanical maintenance role in London you will be:
- Responsible for delivering Mechanical Building services maintenance PPMs for a portfolio of commercial buildings in London
- Reactive maintenance
- Repairing AHU, FCU, Mechanical plant maintenance
- Air Conditioning
- Building long term relationships with clients
- Reporting via a CAFM system
- Gaining quotations, ordering parts
- Mobile based within London
For this Mobile Mechanical HVAC Maintenance role in London we are looking for:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 mechanical maintenance
- Experience of building services maintenance PPMs
- Experience of multi skilled building services maintenance
- Air conditioning experience would be desirable though not essential
- Driving licence
